The outdoor pool Zillertal can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The swimming lake Schlitters, the idyllic lake Achensee and various smaller lakes in the Alpbachtal are nearby and can be reached quickly by bike or car.

Do you feel like skiing in the summer? Then off to summer skiing on the Hintertux Glacier.

Popular destinations include the water falls in Hart, the lake Stausee at the very end of Zillertal valley, gold and silver mine and the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens.

Winter and ski holidays in Zillertal

The Brandleit is also the place for your skiing and winter holidays – even though or precisely because it is not located directly on the ski piste. Directly from Brandleit you see the first ski area in Zillertal Spieljochbahn, which can be reached quickly by car (about 10 minutes). The ski area Hochfügen/Hochzillertal can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The special location of Brandleit also allows you to enjoy skiing days and winter hiking days in the Alpbachtal.
